Dr. Trenton J. Stewart, Lead Pastor

Trent is from Cincinnati OH and moved to Knoxville TN in 1986.  He played basketball at Carson Newman College and graduated in 99 with a degree in Business.    He married his amazing wife Micah in 2000 and they moved to Louisville KY to pursue his Master of Divinity at Southern Seminary.  After graduating in December of 02 he served as a Pastor for 2 years, then served as the Student Pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Knoxville TN.  He later earned his Doctorate at Southern Seminary in 2009.  He is currently the Lead Pastor at Foothills Church in Maryville TN.  Trent has 4 incredible children…3 beautiful girls and 1 studly boy.

James Swanson, Worship Pastor

James is the Worship Pastor at Foothills Church. He and his wife, Anna, have been married for 4 years, and have one beautiful daughter, Kaleigh. James grew up in Woodbridge Virginia, twenty miles south of Washington DC. He attended Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia where he received his BS in Worship and Music Studies with a specialization in Worship Leadership in 2008.

Greg Gibson, Missions Pastor & Student Pastor

Greg received his BS in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry from Boyce College and his MDiv at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Biblical and Theological Studies.  He is the founder of The Veritas Network, a like-minded, gospel-centered resource for networking and equipping.  He has been married to Grace since April of 2009.  They have 1 daughter, Cora Lillian.  He is the author of the forthcoming, Reformational Manhood, and writes regularly at his blog — http://ggblog.me.
